Watermelon, Mint, and Tajin – 5 min easy app

This gluten free, dairy free summer mix is great on skewers or in a bowl if you want to present it as a side, or on toothpicks for an appetizer. It’s very easy and the flavors work well together.

Watermelon with tajin and mint

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Toothpicks

Ingredients

  • 1 Watermelon (4-6 cups, small size)
  • 1 bunch Mint, take off of stems, chopped
  • 1 tbs Tajin
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

  • Cut watermelon into 1" x 1" cubes
  • Add toothpicks or skewers
  • Sprinkle tajin seasoning on top
  • Cut the lime in half and squeeze over the watermelon
  • Sprinkle chopped mint over the top of the watermelon with Tajin
