This gluten free, dairy free summer mix is great on skewers or in a bowl if you want to present it as a side, or on toothpicks for an appetizer. It’s very easy and the flavors work well together.

Watermelon with tajin and mint
Equipment
- Knife
- Toothpicks
Ingredients
- 1 Watermelon (4-6 cups, small size)
- 1 bunch Mint, take off of stems, chopped
- 1 tbs Tajin
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Cut watermelon into 1" x 1" cubes
- Add toothpicks or skewers
- Sprinkle tajin seasoning on top
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze over the watermelon
- Sprinkle chopped mint over the top of the watermelon with Tajin
